Using superb delicacies from Austria's healthy and hearty cuisine and carefully selected ingredients, our creative culinary team - under the leadership of our Chef de cuisine - has put together delicious menus which offer a balanced and low-fat diet.
We focus on first-class local products from out own region, sourcing fresh meat from "Salzburger Naturbeef", trout from the Leogang Ache and lamb specialties from the nearby Hohen Tauen.
We only serve natural Pinzgau products at breakfast. The lady of the house spoils her guests with home-baked black bread and cakes. You are guaranteed a very personal culinary experience of the highest order!
Our whole restaurant is now a non-smoking zone, but you may still enjoy your cigarette in our bar area.
