Dining in the wellness hotel Der Krallerhof is a real treat! As part of our "Pamper Package" in summer or the "Wellness Package" in winter, we'll treat our guests to select delicacies. Of course, we offer a vegetarian option within the daily 5-course set meal and the lunch buffet (in summer).

In doing so, our kitchen team serves up down-to-earth dishes newly interpreted. Calorie-conscious connoisseurs simply choose out Health Menu, we are also happy to cater to very special requests such as diet menus or lactose- or gluten-free dishes.


Organic products from the region

We give preference to premium local produce. Thus for example organic products are sourced regionally, herbs and vegetables (partly) come form our own garden, fresh eggs (partly) from our own hens, meat from Salzburg naturally raised cows, finest lamb from neighbouring “Tauern”-region or fish from local waters. That's why we can guarantee best quality according to each season. When selecting our food, we pay attention to the Austrian “AMA Quality Seal” - the quality seal for regional Austrian products. Just like our kitchen is certified with the “AMA Gastro Seal”.


Own Krallerhof bread varieties & Vinothek

The various Krallerhof bread varieties are legendary, baked fresh daily in our in-house bakery. Here tradition plays a significant role: All bread recipes come from the cookbook of our senior chef.

Excellent dishes of course require a a good wine from our wine cellar. Our wine list offers a wide range of local and international top wines with focus on Austria, as well as a large selection of mature wines! Our sommelier will be happy to advise you! New as of June 2014: exclusive smoking saloon at the first floor of the hotelbar "Glockenstube".
