AsitzBräu
Since winter 2011 a new museum- and mountain restaurant belongs tot the Krallerhof-Family. Directly in the skiregion Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm the extraordinary restaurant offers a mountain brewery - Europe's highes mountain brewery!
With the AsitzBräu brewery, a high-alpine, Bavarian beer palace is being created directly in the Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski region, at the mountain station of the Asitz cable car. Two historic Bavarian breweries/inns, including extensive equipment, were disassembled
and relocated for this purpose.
Brewhouse culinary art
Brewery specialties are fixtures of the culinary offerings at the AsitzBräu:
delicious pork chops from a special shank rotisserie, beer pretzels, typical roasted bratwurst from a beech wood grill and the exclusive AsitzBräu-beer. Furthermore guests have the possibility
to broach their own barrel of beer.
