There you can learn all the secrets of the kitchen from our head chef himself, and our sommelier will advise you on just the right wines to accompany your meal. With about 140-150 labels from Austria and specially selected leading wines from around the world, our wine cellar boasts a huge range to choose from. The extensive and covered terrace grants balmly summer evenings and extensive dinners outside.
Our head chef is convinced that the best time is always right now. That's why, when it comes to cooking, he concentrates on seasonal ingredients, and buying locally is also important to him. We use first-class organic produce from the local area, herbs and vegetables from the hotel's own garden, meat from Salzburger Naturbeef, lamb from the nearby Tauern mountains and fish from local lakes and rivers. We prepare a great deal in-house. Bread and pastries are made fresh every day in the hotel's own bakery. We produce our own jams, syrups and pasta, too, because we are convinced that they simply taste better. Our pastry kitchen now has its own chocolaterie for making the exquisite Krallerhof pralines.
