The simplicity of nature that surrounds us gives us strength every day. With all its colourful glory, it has inspired us since childhood. Our master herbalists Wally and Maria are firmly convinced of this.

Wally's and Maria's Kräuterpraxis PLUS takes place every Tuesday.
From 1.30 pm for approx. 2.5 hours.
In the herb chamber at the AsitzBräu (right next to the mountain station of the Steinbergbahn cable car), surrounded by mountain scenery, alpine ground and forest, Wally and Maria carefully harvest and produce in the rhythm of the annual cycle. They provide insights into the fascinating world of wild and medicinal plants that grow right on our doorstep. A different culinary delicacy, such as a wild herb smoothie or spread, is produced and tasted at each workshop. The herbs will also be used to create a "unique wellness product" (such as an ointment, gel or drops), which you are welcome to take home with you.
