Leogang is located on the international train network. If you travel by train, our free hotel shuttle will pick you up from the Leogang train station or Saalfelden train station. You can find your optimal train connection:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE MOBILITY FEE

As of May 1, 2025, all overnight guests in Saalfelden Leogang will automatically receive the new Guest Mobility Ticket Salzburg free of charge from the first night of their stay. The ticket is included in the accommodation price and allows free use of all public transport throughout the province of Salzburg – including regional and long-distance trains, S-Bahn lines, Postbuses, city buses, the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn, and micro public transport services.

The ticket is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure. If needed, it can be sent digitally in advance. It is issued at check-in as a PDF or wallet version – no additional app is required.

The aim of this initiative is to offer guests sustainable and stress-free mobility while reducing CO₂ emissions and traffic in the region.

To finance this project, a mobility fee will be charged:
– until April 2027: €0.50 per person per night
– from May 2027: €1.10 per person per night
(Children under the age of 14 are exempt.)

Please note: steam trains, special event trains, and night buses are not included in the ticket's validity.

The Guest Mobility Ticket is a contribution to a climate-friendly holiday – convenient, environmentally conscious, and fully included.
